Our client is a young girl with cerebral palsy, who struggled with the buttons on some of her toys. Adaptations were made to take commercially available "Jelly Bean" switches which are very easy to operate.
This toy is an Early Learning Centre walking musical turtle, which is normally operated by a push switch on the top of its shell.
All we needed to do was wire in a 3.5mm mono socket into the circuit board in parallel with the existing switch circuitry.
